CSS Corp Announces Acquisition of UK based Aliquo Solutions Limited
Acquisition Will Provide CSS Critical Enterprise IT Consulting and Advisory Skills
SAN JOSE, California, June 15, 2010-- CSS Corp., a global provider of technology solutions, today announced the
acquisition of Aliquo Solutions Limited of the UK, a niche IT consulting firm
focused on IT transformation. With this acquisition, CSS will leverage
Aliquo's wealth of offshoring advisory and execution experience to compliment
its proven global delivery capabilities. This acquisition also expands CSS
presence in European and Australian markets.

This deal will increase CSS' capabilities within its Enterprise IT
Services division while further expanding its global coverage in the key
European and Australian markets with 12 large accounts added to its growing
customer base of more than 150 global enterprises.
Aliquo brings with them a wealth of expertise in advising organizations
on the complexities of IT infrastructure optimisation. It has proficiency in
leveraging offshore services, streamlining internal service delivery or
embarking on large and complex transformation programs. With these additional
programs, CIOs in will be better guided in IT transformation.

Joining Todd Whaley and Stephen Craike, third Aliquo director, Tony

ensure the effective integration of the remaining Aliquo team into the CSS
organisation.
CSS recently announced that it had acquired Dallas-based
telecommunications service provider Glow Networks and the remote
infrastructure management division of Boston-based Inteq Inc.
