LONDON, June 15, 2010--
- Copperdime Completes a New Round of Investment to Support the Company's
Growth Plans
Copperdime, the leading global provider of next generation retail trading
platforms, is delighted to announce it has received significant new
investment from Blenheim Chalcot, a leading UK investment group. Building on
the company's success, this investment will support growth programs including
further development of the market leading Copperdime Platform, key new hire
on the management team and expansion of global locations to better support
clients' needs.
The company also announced new offices in Singapore and India to support
a growing client base in Asia. New offices in New York are planned for the
second half of 2010.
Charles Mindenhall, Blenheim Chalcot managing partner, commented: "We
have been impressed with the Copperdime team and the business they have built
over the last few years. The quality of the Copperdime platform, and the
client base they have won in a short period of time, convinced us this is a
business with significant potential for further development in an exciting
industry."
Adrian Patten, Piers Balmer, and Terry Johnston, the Copperdime executive

Charles Mindenhall and David Burnett will join the Board, with Charles
assuming the role of Chairman.
Charles is co-founder, with Manoj Badale, of Blenheim Chalcot. He is also
Chairman of Agilisys, an IT outsourcing group that evolved from netdecisions,
which he co-founded. He also co-founded Fluency (a voice recognition
company), Eviivo (a leading travel booking platform), Steeltrace (a software
tools business), the Rights Company (a media rights business), and TDX Group
(the UK's leading delinquent debt specialist). Charles is a non-executive
director of Fairpoint (AIM quoted financial services), Emerging Media (part
owners of the Indian Premier League team, the Rajasthan Royals), and
Corporate Pay, a prepaid credit card provider. Charles is a founding trustee
of Operation Smile UK, and the Chairman of the Charity Technology Trust.
David Burnett is a Partner at TT International, a leading hedge fund and
investment manager. Prior to TT International, David had spent his career at
UBS Warburg and its predecessor companies. He started as an Equity Analyst
and went on to hold various roles, including responsibility for the bank's
Russian and South African operations, Head of the Fixed Interest and Treasury
Division of SG Warburg and Head of the Japanese Equity business in Tokyo.
