Strategic Training Launches New Web Site to Introduce New Training Measurement Software
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., June 17 -- Strategic Training LLC (STC), a leader in training efficiency and accountability, announced today the release of their new website to include the STBI system offering.
"We are very excited about the release of our new website which highlights the public deployment of our new STBI system. The current economic climate has developed an emerging market for measurement and accountability in training. There is an increasing requirement to show training impact to changes in job performance and business metrics and the STBI system delivers this important need," said Strategic Training's CEO Laura Paramoure.
In February 2009, Strategic Training completed a year long pilot program for the STBI system. Dr. Paramoure continues, "Working closely with our pilot customers we have worked to ensure competence in implementation and deployment of our program. We were rewarded for our efforts by securing a high conversion of our pilot users to standard users."
Strategic Training has begun to offer the web based STBI solution to clients beyond their current customer base in Q2 2010.
Dr. Paramoure is a frequent presenter to industry groups on training ROI and leadership development.
