New website offers online announcements
NAPLES, Fla., June 23 -- TGP Enterprises, a Florida-based, family-owned company, has launched goennounce.com, a new website offering fast, free graduation announcements for high school, college, graduate school, and even elementary and middle school.
With goennounce.com, students can create a customized ennouncement from a wide selection of templates to email to as many family and friends and he or she chooses -- all for free. It is not only fast, but also easy, convenient and fun. Ennouncements can be sent anytime before or after graduation.
"You don't have to spend hours addressing and mailing paper announcements, or going to the expense of buying postage," said Meghan Davis, goennounce.com's director of marketing communications. "It's also an environmentally responsible way to send announcements -- imagine the paper you save!"
According to Davis, once recipients receive the ennouncement, one click of the mouse takes them to an online grad page where they can send a congratulation e-card and/or a monetary gift directly to the graduate. The sender of the ennouncement will receive notification every time a card or gift is sent.
The graduate will have easy access anytime to these gifts by having the funds transferred to his or her bank account, or requesting that a gift card (which acts just like a credit card), be mailed to him or her. Both options require a small transaction fee.
Graduates can also let family and friends know how their good wishes and generosity is appreciated with a timely thank you note. The process is made easier with a simple reminder found in the graduate's "My Gifts" section of the website.
"We have a variety of e-card designs that already come with a thank you message, or you can create your own message," said Davis. "We even provide thank you e-cards that match the ennouncement you sent." Davis says keeping track of the thank you notes is easy; goennounce.com removes thank you reminders after each note is sent.
