CIW Announces New Certifications
TEMPE, Ariz., July 14 -- Responding to demand from Web developers worldwide, the creators of the CIW certification program have today announced new certifications.
CIW now offers 12 new certifications in Web foundations, design, development and security. CIW has also adopted a new three-tiered hierarchy for its credentials: Associate, Specialist and Professional.
"These are the most popular courses from CIW. Our students will appreciate the separate certifications for the technologies they have mastered, and so will employers," said Malcolm Crowe, Professor at University of the West of Scotland.
The new CIW certification exams will be available at Prometric and Pearson VUE testing locations worldwide by July 30, 2010. CIW's new certifications include:
