BASKING RIDGE, N.J., July 15 -- Hundreds of customers lined up outside Verizon Wireless Communications Stores in U.S. cities, including at special midnight openings in Columbia, Md. and Frisco, Texas, to be among the first to purchase Verizon Wireless' new DROID X by Motorola, which went on sale today.
