So far, I personally have stayed away from laptops that, even though they are somewhat practical, have been slow, clumsy to operate, with a tiny display and even tinier keyboard layout not to mention the erasor serving as mouse substitute. On the other hand, there has always been the need for a destop system that can be taken abroad without any problems. Add the possibility to operate the system e.g. in a car out of the cigarette lighter and there is no real need anymore to shell out the premium for a high-end laptop.
