SAP Expert Invests in Top Innovation "CodeProfiler"

Thomas Kastner New Shareholder of Virtual Forge: Heidelberg SAP Security Specialist Well-Established

HEIDELBERG, Germany, July 29, 2010--     Thomas Kastner is the new shareholder of Virtual Forge GmbH.
As Managing Director, the former SAP(R) employee and successful company
founder, is responsible for the Product Management of the Heidelberg software
security specialist. Thomas Kastner complements the current management of
Andreas Wiegenstein and Dr. Markus Schumacher, who, as managing partners,
continue to lead the R&D and Sales departments. Thomas Kastner has
long-standing SAP(R) experience and profound technical competence, and will
particularly drive the SAP(R) Integration. With this strategic move, Virtual
Forge has set the course for further solid growth.

    Despite the financial and economic crisis, the IT Security market has
grown in the past years. Analysts see the biggest growth in the field of
Security Services, which equates the service portfolio of Virtual Forge. "I
have been monitoring the SAP(R) market carefully for a long time, and to me,
the Virtual Forge CodeProfiler software is the most promising innovation of
the past years," says Thomas Kastner. For anyone developing ABAP(TM) code,
security is a must-have and CodeProfiler is the best testing and quality

prerequisites to be successful in the market." Thomas Kastner co-founded the
company Pecaso, which specialized in SAP Human Capital Management. After
successful growth, he sold his first company to Accenture in 2006, where he
worked in the Human Capital Management and Software Architecture field until
June 2010.

    By committing this investor, Virtual Forge has established itself and
irrevocably deemed company stability. "Our start-up days are over," says CEO
Dr. Markus Schumacher. "This confirms our previous strategy, and we are very
