CTIA-The Wireless Association® Statement on the U.S. Representatives Boucher and Stearns Introduction of the Voluntary Incentive Auctions Act of 2010
WASHINGTON, July 29 -- After U.S. Representatives Rick Boucher (D-VA-9) and Cliff Stearns (R-FL-6) introduced the Voluntary Incentive Auctions Act of 2010, CTIA-The Wireless Association® President and CEO Steve Largent released the following statement:
"We are pleased that Congressmen Boucher and Stearns agree with us that there is a looming spectrum crisis. In order to meet Americans' growing demand for advanced wireless services, additional spectrum must be brought to market.
