Manhattan and Esri Strike Strategic Partnership
Technology integration supports the full lifecycle planning and management of real estate and provides improved business intelligence for competitive positioning
BOSTON, Aug. 23 -- Manhattan Software, global leaders in computer-aided facility management (CAFM) and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), announced today that it has become an Esri Gold Tier Partner. Through this partnership, the integration of Esri's geographic information system software (GIS) with the Manhattan Software solution is maximized, enabling advanced analytics and geospatial visualization of facilities information.
Esri GIS and Manhattan CAFM/IWMS are complementary technologies that, when integrated, can be used by both facility managers and corporate real estate professionals to expand and enhance the analysis and reporting of data typically contained in IWMS and CAFM solutions.
