Tallan Acquires Manhattan-Based twentysix New York
Tallan significantly increases its competitive position in the Business Intelligence marketplace
ROCKY HILL, Conn., Aug. 24 -- Tallan, Inc. (http://www.tallan.com/), a leading professional services firm with 25 years of custom application development, business intelligence and systems integration experience, announced today the successful completion of its acquisition of twentysix New York, Inc. twentysix New York is a Manhattan-based data management firm that specializes in business intelligence and custom .NET applications. Both companies are Microsoft Gold Certified Partners. Prior to the acquisition, twentysix New York was a part of Media Square plc, a publicly held international marketing communications group.
Since 2008, Crain's New York Business magazine has named twentysix New York one of New York area's largest 25 software companies measured by number of local development personnel. The acquisition creates one of the fastest-growing software services companies in New York. The result of the acquisition is an established company with a history of long-term customer relationships and respected industry expertise.
Tallan and twentysix New York remain committed to their clients and will maintain their existing account relationships as they add new business.
