Celigo Unveils Google Gmail Integration for NetSuite Cloud
Google Apps Customers Access and Act on NetSuite Order Management and Customer Data from Gmail
FOSTER CITY, Calif., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Celigo, Inc., today announced availability of the Celigo Google Apps Gmail Integration for NetSuite. Built using NetSuite's SuiteCloud platform, this latest in a series of integration solutions between Google Apps and NetSuite from Celigo is the first to leverage NetSuite's support for Google OpenID in the newest release of NetSuite OneWorld from NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N).
Using the Celigo Gmail Integration for NetSuite, Google Apps users can now view and manage targeted NetSuite records such as quotes and orders seamlessly from within Gmail. For instance, on receiving approval of a quote from a potential customer, the Celigo Gmail Integration for NetSuite automatically analyzes the text of the email to find key words such as the quote number, customer name, or order number and displays the matching record in Gmail. As a result, a NetSuite user could update information on the quote to move it along in the sales cycle directly from the email message.
In addition, NetSuite users using Gmail can attach messages to NetSuite records and quickly view those messages from within NetSuite. Users are able to view Gmail messages as native NetSuite "Message" objects for easy visibility into the larger thread of your client communications, whether those messages were sent and received from NetSuite or via Gmail.

Subsequent log-ins will be validated behind-the-scenes between NetSuite and Google via OpenID.
