This time Nvidia will go for two boards -- one with and one without integrated graphic core -- since this will dramatically decrease the price and by it they will directly be able to compete with Via's up-and-coming DDR 400 chipset called KT 400 and some new SIS offerings. Big deal, the Athlon can't use the increased memory speed! They should make some Pentium 4 chipsets...
