SafeCardID.com Announces Release of New HD Image Cam Pro, Compatible With ID Card Printers

ID card systems and supplies innovator has developed a web cam specifically geared to appeal to consumers using ID card software

.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- After years of cycling through inexpensive plastic web cams or having no choice but to purchase a high-end camera, SafeCardID.com has announced their development of a new solution: the HD Image Cam Pro. Other cameras on the market are either not directly compatible with ID card printers or do not possess the durability of this camera.

"Our customers constantly tell us how frustrated they get with other cameras they've purchased in the past. The HD Image Cam Pro is the best solution on the market. It's not only affordable, but easy to use," said Greg Stephens, founder of SafeCardID.com (http://www.safecardid.com).

The HD Image Cam Pro streamlines the process of producing a photo ID card, as it is fully compatible with most ID card software. There is no longer a need to upload photos to the computer, save them, and then assign them the ID card in progress, because this camera uses a WIA interface driver to send the photo directly to the software. In addition, the camera works with both PC and MAC computers, and comes with a two year warranty.

"Whether you are printing standard photo ID badges or HID access cards, this is the camera you need. Our customers are already coming back to tell us how pleased they are with the high quality images. We're very proud to add this product to our inventory," concluded Stephens.
