Multimillion Units of Customer End Products Sold in the Market With Ittiam Software Embedded
BANGALORE, India, February 3, 2011/PRNewswire/ -- Ittiam Systems today announced that the company has
successfully deployed a wide array of media processing and communication
technologies in the explosive markets for Smart Phones and Tablets.
Founded in 2001, Ittiam has been a leading supplier of media
processing and communication technologies for end products such as portable
media players / recorders, digital camcorders, set-top-boxes, in-transport
infotainment, IP video phones, video conference equipment, video surveillance
and media broadcast systems. In the recent two years, Ittiam has successfully

In the current financial year FY2010-11 ending on March 31, 2011,
Ittiam would have close to six million high end smart phones and tablets

high-definition video player and camcorder functions. To speed up customers'
time to market, Ittiam has delivered high performance multimedia codecs, use
case applications and system integration support.
