Major Asia-Pacific Telecommunications Operator Expands Their Deployment of RADCOM's Service Assurance Solution

announced that a major Asia-Pacific Operator who provides high-speed mobile
broadband services, has placed an order for expansion of their deployment of
RADCOM's Service Assurance Solution.
RADCOM's solution is already monitoring this operator's UMTS Mobile
Broadband network. Since using RADCOM's solution the network Quality of
Service and Quality of Experience has improved significantly and the number
of subscribers leaving this operator's network decreased. As data traffic on
their network is expected to increase rapidly in the near future, and they
saw the rise in subscriber satisfaction, it was only natural for this
satisfied customer to turn to RADCOM to expand their deployment in order to
assure superior Quality of Experience for their mobile broadband subscribers.
