Class Action Suit Against Intel?

From the looks of this tidbit over at The Inquirer, Intel brought themselves a good ol' class action suit on themselves by claiming the Pentium 4's performance to be something it wasn't. Some of Intel's biggest customers are looking for Intel blood, over the marketing claims that the P4 was a better performer than the PIII - claims that were proven false and bourne out in just about every review site around.
