Alpine Electronics Takes Retail Strategy Online With Shopatron

Alpine Electronics of America, Inc., the industry-leading provider of mobile media solutions, has teamed up with Shopatron to launch a service to shop online, allowing U.S. customers to purchase products from its branded website for the first time.
The new service, available at http://www.alpine-usa.com, allows Alpine's U.S. customers to shop for products online while still supporting the network of authorized Alpine U.S. retailers. Using a retail-integrated eCommerce system, Alpine partners with its retailers by assigning online orders for local in-store pickup. This allows customers to get expert installation or additional accessories from hometown dealers.
