zAutos.com is asking automotive enthusiasts, soccer moms, and commuters to express themselves.
IRVINE, Calif., May 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Consumer car research website zAutos.com launches its first ever consumer car review competition. Anyone, at least 18 years of age, can enter and have a chance at winning an iPad2 or a $400 American Express Gift Card. The best six car reviews will win a prize. Users simply need to write and submit an original car review. Preferably, the review should be of their own vehicle, but any vehicle can be used as long as, at least, one original photo can be provided.
Prize winners will be determined by a panel of judges that will judge each review based on creativity, organization, content, quality of pictures and vehicle knowledge. All of the submitted car reviews will be judged by a panel of zAutos writers and contributors.
zAutos makes it easy to submit a car review on zAutos.com. Grab a digital camera or a camera phone. Take four good quality pictures of the chosen vehicle. Then upload the vehicle photos to a computer. Then go to zAutos.com, and click on the "Car Review" tab. On the left-hand side of the page, locate the "Submit Your Car Review" link. This should bring up the submission form where you can submit a written car review, upload the vehicle photos, and provide some basic contact information so that zAutos may contact you if you are a winner.
zAutos encourages users to provide as much anecdotal information as possible about the vehicle. A reviewer should give a personal account of the vehicle; describe what they like and dislike about the vehicle. Reviewers are also encouraged to be creative - tell the general public something they don't know about the car.
Contest entries will be accepted starting May 12, 2011. All entries must be submitted by July 12, 2011, to qualify. Winners will be announced on August 12, 2011.
