Moore's Law and tri-gate transistors

Intel is commited to continue the trend of Moore's Law. The current single-gate chips are going to hit a wall soon, so these new double and tri-gate technologies will give more performance out of the silicon. Still, transistors can't go below an atom in size! Quantum computing!
