announce today a joint venture between Matomy Media Group and YD Group to
launch Matomy Market in Amsterdam a localized affiliate network specializing
in providing affiliate marketing solutions to the growing performance market
in Benelux and Northern Europe.

The Dutch affiliate market alone resulted in more than 100M Euro in
commissions in 2010, and according to the Dutch IAB report Affiliate
Marketing Monitor, this market will continue its rapid growth.
