ViaWest Introduces KINECTed Storage With HP 3PAR Storage Arrays
ViaWest expands its capabilities with new cloud storage solution
DENVER, June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ViaWest, the largest privately held data center and managed services provider in North America, announced the addition of a new managed storage solution, the first service to be introduced under ViaWest's KINECTed brand. The product portfolio features cloud-based storage and computing services for businesses of all sizes pursuing more efficient computing strategies.

KINECTed Storage features HP 3PAR storage arrays, which combine high-speed Fibre Channel with large volume SATA drives. Using dynamic file allocation with Fast RAID 5 technology, KINECTed storage can provision the files users access most for the fastest access and the files used least for maximum cost effectiveness.
