Another new option is the ability for customers to send expense items via email to create a new report or add information to an existing one. They enter one or more line items into an email message, attach receipts and send it to add@trans.expensewatch.com. Once received, ExpenseWatch.com sends an email to confirm whether the operation was successful or if any errors were detected.
Whether using a mobile app or email, all expense information is sent to customers' online ExpenseWatch.com Expense Reports accounts, ready to be finalized when they next log onto the system.
Customers can access the free ExpenseWatch.com Mobile apps from the ExpenseWatch.com website, or by going to the individual marketplace of each smartphone provider. The application for Android is available today. The mobile apps for iPhone and BlackBerry will be available within four-to-six weeks.
