Integrated Quality Assurance (IQA) Capitalizes on Social Media Measurement to Enhance Service Quality

IQA expands the breadth and scope of the company's "Global Standards of Excellence(TM)" by dynamically combining traditional unannounced hotel inspections with customer comments and rankings from a wide range of social media sites.
