New Cloud Security and Compliance Solutions Added to the Akamai Intelligent Platform
Akamai DDoS Defender and Compliance Management Modules address increasingly complex challenges of doing business online

(NASDAQ: AKAM), the leading cloud platform for helping enterprises provide high-performing user experiences on any device, anywhere, today introduced two new solutions to the Akamai Intelligent Platform(TM) - Akamai® DDoS Defender and Akamai Compliance Management Modules. Businesses extending their sites and applications onto Akamai's Intelligent Platform expect exceptional availability of their mission-critical Web sites and applications along with assistance in meeting the stringent data compliance requirements associated with data privacy.
