Sting Alarm, Inc. Expands Into Northern California With 200 Newly Acquired Accounts
HENDERSON, Nev., Oct. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Henderson, Nevada-based Sting Alarm, Inc. expanded into Northern California with the acquisition of 200 residential and commercial accounts from National Alarm Systems.
Jon Perry, vice president and partner for Sting Alarm, Inc., said that with the recent addition of accounts from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe, the company now serves the entire state of California, providing video broadband alarms and the latest technology in the security industry. By offering customers an option to pair alarms with real-time, monitored video surveillance, Perry says Sting is able to verify incidents as they happen and increase law enforcement efficiency. Their goal, said Perry, is to help solve crimes, not simply record them.
"We look forward to growing our business in the Northern California market area," Perry said. "We see a good potential for growth by bringing in services not previously available there, like our video monitoring and verification."
Perry added that the company is in the process of reaching out to new customers acquired from National Alarm Systems to ensure a smooth transition. "We mailed everyone a large package with their yard signs and decals, a welcome brochure and a letter telling new customers what to expect," Perry said.
Jonathan Fine, president and partner, added that the company plans to target new customers to further expand the company's security alarm and video surveillance solutions for California. "We're now offering packages for residential and business security systems and services throughout California through our Customer Monitoring Center," Fine said.
New customers in this market area include a multi-unit retailer that will add to Sting's list of national accounts, as well as other commercial and residential customers.
Sting Alarm offers comprehensive security solutions, including surveillance technology and alarms for loss prevention and deterrence as well as technology solutions. Clients include hotel/casinos, bars/nightclubs, convention facilities, real estate/construction firms, restaurants, retail stores, check cashing/loan stores, homeowner associations and private residences, among others.
