CRC acquisition extends and complements ITAMS IT Asset and Service
Management portfolio
IT Asset Management Solutions (ITAMS), one of the UK's leading, vendor
independent IT Asset, Software Licence and IT Service Management consulting
and technology companies, today announced its acquisition of CRC's business,
a team of experts specialising in physical asset management, software asset
management and software licensing services.
The acquisition of CRC is intended to enhance and strengthen the already
well-established asset and licence management arm of ITAMS which has been
built on solid market, industry and niche subject matter knowledge over the
past decade.
The move will enable ITAMS to leverage the strengths of the
organisations' combined expertise as well as providing a springboard for
business growth; paving the way to significant new business opportunities,
including full managed services for IT Asset, Software and Service
Management.
