Intact Extends INcontact Service Desk Operation to Singapore

    - Strengthens Asia-Pacific and global capabilities with 24x7 support for core IP and
Cisco UC solutions

    Intact Integrated Services [http://www.intact-is.com ], the partner-focused
independent provider of international project, support and managed services solutions to
the ICT industry, has strengthened its global support capabilities with the extension of
its INcontact [http://www.intact-is.com/services/in-life-services ] Service Desk operation
to Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

    Intact's INcontact Service Desk provides comprehensive 24x7x52 support for a range of
core Cisco and multi-vendor IP and Unified Communications solutions, and the new Singapore
Service Desk extends the global coverage already offered by the company's existing
Berlin-based best practice service desk facility, and will offer in-depth coverage for
Intact's growing number of major Service Provider and Integrator customers across the
Asia-Pacific region, as well as a 'white label' service support infrastructure for Cisco
channel partners.
