Top Technical Consulting Firm adds Security Practice to its Growing Portfolio
DALLAS, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Lumenate has completed the acquisition of Texas-based network security solutions firm, ANI Direct. Lumenate has built a strong reputation in the Information Technology (IT) industry by delivering high-value enterprise solutions focused around core practices that include Storage, Server Virtualization, and Networks. The acquisition of ANI Direct complements the solution portfolio of Lumenate and provides the ability to solve the increasingly complex security needs of its clients and prospects.
