Different Applications Have Different Values to Different People
As operators evolve their offering from unlimited and volume-based pricing plans to
personalized value-based plans, education is paramount to smooth adoption. Allot Pinball
brings the sometimes complex concepts of mobile data pricing to the players' fingertips.
With Allot Pinball, anyone can become a mobile operator and try to effectively charge for
Over-the-Top (OTT) traffic, while providing the Quality of Experience (QoE) subscribers'
expect.
"While only small percentages of subscribers are affected by traffic caps, many more

operators, such as Happy Hour or Social Networks Plan. The size of the application icon
