FirstEnergy Launches Free Investor Relations App for iPad® and iPhone® Mobile Devices
AKRON, Ohio, March 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE) has launched a new investor relations app for iPad and iPhone devices.
"The new FirstEnergy Investor Relations App offers convenient access to the latest company news, financial information and investor presentations," said Irene Prezelj, vice president, Investor Relations, for FirstEnergy. "This tool will help ensure that our analysts and investors have instant and portable access to key company information."
The free app, which can be installed from the Apple online store, features interactive FirstEnergy share price data, an investor events calendar with reminder tool, and downloadable webcasts and documents including presentations, earnings information, SEC filings, and company news releases.
The launch of the app follows a redesign of the company's investor relations page that was completed last year. Investors and other interested parties also can follow FirstEnergy news via the company's corporate Twitter account: @FirstEnergyCorp.
