LAS VEGAS, March 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ISC WEST 2012 Booth #18133 -- D-Link, the cost-effective, standards-based unified networking solutions provider for small- and medium-sized businesses, today expanded its professional surveillance line with two new multi-megapixel outdoor cameras, two cloud-enabled solutions featuring a network video recorder (NVR), and its first-ever 360-degree camera, as well as a new industry-leading five-year warranty program[1]. "There is a growing need for increased flexibility with surveillance, and D-Link is committed to providing cutting-edge tools that can be easily integrated and managed," said Vance Kozik, director of marketing, IP Surveillance for D-Link. "D-Link expanded the breadth of its IP surveillance solutions with cloud-enabled and high-performance multi-megapixel bullet and dome cameras to offer high quality solutions, service and support for small- to medium-sized businesses."

Cloud-Enabled Solutions for Flexible Surveillance Needs
According to a study by Edge Strategies, "75 percent of SMBs plan to use at least one cloud service (paid or unpaid) in three years[2]." As part of D-Link's Cloud Services, the DNR-322L is a cloud-enabled standalone storage device allowing users to record video from up to nine network cameras to a dedicated HDD storage source without turning on a computer. It also supports real-time remote monitoring and playback via a web browser using the mydlink(TM) website or the NVR's web GUI. This allows security administrators to record and view or search footage simultaneously, ensuring the premises are continuously monitored.

The DCS-6010 360-degree network camera is the first fisheye fixed dome network camera from D-Link, delivering a 180-degree panoramic view via wall mount or 360-degree surround view via ceiling mount without blind spots. The DCS-6010 offers a wide range of display layouts, including original surround and panoramic views, as well as regional views for various mounting applications. Because this camera includes cutting-edge image processing, video captured via the fisheye lens can be converted to conventional rectilinear projection for more user-friendly viewing and analysis. With its two-megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensor, the DCS-6010's video stream covers a larger scene with better quality than an analog CCTV camera which is critical in applications where high resolution images can increase the likelihood of identification.

Additional Details for the DNR-322L NVR:

--  Support: All D-Link network cameras, auto-discovery and up to
        three-megapixel resolution
--  Adjustable video settings: Resolution, quality, frame rate, audio and
        go-to camera interface
--  Adjustable recording types: Record by schedule, manual, and event-based
        recording, including motion-triggered recording
Additional Details for the DCS-6010 360-degree camera:

--  Flexible Viewing Options: ePTZ to easily zoom and focus on specific
regions in panoramic and regional views
--  High Quality Features: Maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 at 15 fps,
adjustable image size and quality, and configurable motion detection
        windows
As a leader in IP networking[3], D-Link is the only company to offer small- to medium-sized businesses a complete end-to-end IP surveillance solution. The DCS-7413 and DCS-6915 cameras include D-ViewCAM(TM) video management software (VMS), and are ONVIF-compliant, the leading industry standard for the interface of IP-based physical security products, making them interoperable with a wide range of third-party VMS solutions.
