Scholastic Media Launches Game Apps on Nokia Lumia Smartphones
NEW YORK, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Scholastic Media, a division of Scholastic Inc., (NASDAQ: SCHL) the global children's publishing, education and media company, announced today that it will launch a selection of its game apps on Nokia Lumia smartphones. This is the first time Scholastic's apps will be made available on the Windows Phone OS - marking another expansion of Scholastic's footprint in the digital marketplace.

Scholastic Media first introduced mobile apps on the iOS platform in 2009 and launched on the Android platform in 2011.
