Pegasystems and Ness Technologies Announce Expanded Global Alliance

of a global alliance to provide business process services and solutions to drive
transformation projects for Ness clients. This combination of Pegasystems'
industry-leading BPM solutions and Ness' full spectrum of consulting, engineering and
professional services will help clients create more efficiency around business processes
and improve customer service.
The alliance between Ness and Pegasystems is formed with the intent to help clients
manage business processes better in order to reduce costs and improve performance. This
joint partnership has a primary focus to help clients realize the benefits of automated
Business Process Management that improves cost strategy and the ability to deliver better
service to new and existing customers. Ness's Business Process Management (BPM) practice
helps enterprises optimize, automate and manage business processes through design and
automation. Ness and Pegasystems will now offer end-to-end, global business process
management solutions, including consulting, deployment, and continuous maintenance
services, to support the business agility necessary to meet ongoing change requirements.
The two companies have worked together for over six years-including Ness' work with recent
Pega acquisition Chordiant Software-to co-engineer the products and implementation
services for Media, Retail, Telecom, Financial Services and other industries in both North
America and Europe.
As part of the alliance, Pegasystems' industry-specific framework solutions will be
included in Ness' BPM services for their existing top global clients and will focus on
Customer Service, Media, Education & Travel, and other markets. This combination of BPM
services and solutions is expected to significantly increase business agility through
controlled migration, which enables clients to leverage legacy applications and existing
investments with new functionalities. Ness will also focus on selling solutions and
services that will enable clients to make more informed decisions, leveraging Pega's
decision management solutions built on the company's predictive analytics tools. This will
also help contact center agents to automate their "Next Best Action" dynamically.
