Systems America has Completed Acquisition of One of North America's fastest growing SAP Specialists and Channel Partners, Mile5 Solutions
SAN RAMON, Calif., July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems America, Inc. (OTC: SYAI) (the "Systems America"), a premier provider of cloud computing and information technology solutions, announced today the acquisition of SAP channel partner, Mile5 Solutions LLC ("Mile5 Solutions"). Mile5 Solutions has built a strong pipeline of over $23 million to be generated from software sales and services business.
Strategic Rationale
This acquisition of Mile5 Solutions, based in Irvine, California, further strengthens Systems America's business model to sharply focus on select industries and achieve market leadership by creating best in class practices/offerings that help customers achieve their operational and strategic objectives.
This transaction is in line with Systems America's stated growth strategy and is expected to result in greater efficiencies and increased market share. Key Highlights:
-- Accelerates Growth: The combined entity, the SAP channel sales and
consulting practice provides a scalable alternative to Tier 1 companies
which usually pursue larger (US $20 million+) multi-service
opportunities.
-- Reinforces current Cloud and Mobile strengths of Systems America and the
