Private equity firm expands portfolio in the data-driven marketing services sector
NEW YORK, July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Caivis Acquisition Corp. ("Caivis") announced today that it has acquired the Email, Data Warehouse, and Technology units of Zeta Interactive Corporation. This acquisition, which includes best of breed technology platforms, ZetaMail and Zeta Warehouse, extends Caivis' investments in the high-growth data-driven marketing sector. The new entity, which will be known as Zeta Email Solutions, will be run out of New York City and Hyderabad, India.

ZetaMail's comprehensive solution, encompassing mobile and other interactive channels, is well-positioned to capitalize on the strong growth of digital, data-driven marketing campaigns.

Zeta Interactive Corp.'s remaining units, Search, Social, Creative Services, and Web Development, were acquired by PM Digital. Caivis will work closely with PM Digital to service arrangements, ensuring the agencies continue to deliver exceptional services to their shared clients.
Companies controlled by Caivis are expected to generate in excess of $100mm in revenue in 2012 with strong operating margins.
