Skyera Showcases Skyhawk at TechCrunch Disrupt SF
Award-winning enterprise solid-state storage system on display as part of Hardware Alley exhibition
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Skyera Inc., founded by an executive and engineering team with unsurpassed backgrounds in the solid-state, storage and networking arenas, today announced that its Skyhawk enterprise solid-state storage system has been invited to be part of the Hardware Alley exhibition at TechCrunch Disrupt SF in the San Francisco Design Center Concourse September 12.

Skyera is among the "cool hardware startups" demonstrating their products to attendees at the latest Disrupt conference, a three-day event featuring startups, influential speakers and special guests. Skyera's enterprise solid-state storage system is based entirely on 19/20 nanometer consumer Multi Level Cell (MLC) NAND Flash at a system price of less than $3 per gigabyte before compression and deduplication. The compact half-depth 1u form factor sports a staggering 44 terabytes of high performance, low latency native capacity for the most demanding Big Data, analytics and virtualization applications.
