I think it is great to go to work one morning and get an email that says 'You're Fired!' That's exactly what happened to some employees at RadioShack. When management can't take the time to approach people individually, that company sucks.

Unfortunately, your position is one that has been eliminated." Company officials had told employees in a series of meetings that layoff notices would be delivered electronically, spokeswoman Kay Jackson said.
