TOKYO, April 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Shinji Hattori, President & CEO of Seiko Watch Corporation, was proud to personally present the official gift of a Seiko Astron, the world's first GPS solar watch, to each of the esteemed 21 guest speakers at the Japan New Economy Summit 2013, held on April 16, 2013, at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan. This highly respected event, hosted by the Japan Association of New Economy (JANE), was led by Mr. Hiroshi Mikitani, Representative Director and CEO & Board Chairman of Rakuten, Inc, Japan, and focused on the importance and growth of the Internet.
