ICAAN has responded to the community about the Spamhaus litigation crap going on. ICAAN says to not ask them to do anything about it. They do not control DNS records. Good for them.

Only the Internet registrar with whom the registrant has a contractual relationship - and in certain instances the Internet registry - can suspend an individual domain name.
