Sound Pockets Launches Freedom Case to Store Headphones
iPhone/iPod Touch case offers innovative design to ensure tangle-free headphone cords
DENVER, May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sound Pockets today announced the launch of a patent pending iPhone/iPod Touch case called the Freedom case to store headphones. The Freedom case offers an ergonomic design that is comfortable to hold while keeping headphones tangled-free and neatly stored against the back of the handset.
"Development of the Freedom case came from my desire to take along a set of headphones when I headed out each day. Unfortunately, I could never find them when I wanted them, and when I did they were always tangled in knots or damaged. Now, when in the car, traveling, or out and about, my headphones are neatly organized and ready when I need them," said Dean Stevinson, founder of Sound Pockets. "My daughters and their friends were constantly untangling cords and losing pair after pair because there was no way to store them with their phone. The Freedom case is perfect for music lovers, travelers, those who often talk on the phone hands-free or anyone looking for a tangle-free option."
The Sound Pockets Freedom case also functions as a kickstand, holding the iPhone or iPod Touch at a comfortable, hands-free viewing angle.
Sound Pockets' Freedom cases are available for the iPhone 5, the iPhone 4S, the iPhone 4 and the iPod Touch 5 and are compatible with Apple Ear Pods, Apple In-Ear Headphones and Apple classic Earbuds. Sound Pockets' Freedom cases come in eight colors including black, white, green, blue, red, orange, purple and pink.
Sound Pockets cases are available for purchase at SoundPockets.com or at select retail locations. The Sound Pockets Freedom Case for iPhone 5 costs $39.95, and the Freedom case for iPod Touch 5 and iPhone 4/4S costs $34.95.
Aside from being the Founder of Sound Pockets, Stevinson is a partner at ThinkVillage, a Colorado based patent licensing, enforcement and litigation firm.
