ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG Deploys Quintiq Software Platform

optimization (SCP&O), announced today that ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG

customer orders for increased delivery performance.

TKSE is one of the world's technology leaders in carbon steel flat products and
processes 50,000 orders using 200 machines across 10 plants. To optimize the specific
areas of capacity planning, order acceptance, stock levels and lead times, the company
required a planning system that could adapt to changing market conditions and customer

The Quintiq platform factors in finite resource capacity, business rules and
