Magicka: Wizard Wars Magically Appears in Brazil

Servers Opening World Wide, Leaderboards Now Enabled
Paradox Interactive, a publisher of games and a sponsor of Wizards Without Borders,
today announced that Magicka: Wizard Wars, the upcoming multi-player multi-element
multi-killing game from Paradox North, can now be played in Brazil. Magicka: Wizard Wars,
currently available in Alpha via Steam Early Access, ensures players immolate and explode
their friends as smoothly as possible as they try to cast their way onto the leaderboards,
which have now been enabled. These new leaderboards and servers will allow for a more
global player-base for Wizard Wars, a game that speaks the truly international language of
misdirected fireballs.
In Magicka: Wizard Wars, two teams of four wizards each can go head-to-head in intense
player-versus-player (PvP) action, utilizing the celebrated spellcasting system of
Magicka, combining elements to generate spellbinding results. In true Magicka fashion,
friendly fire is always on, and dozens of spell combinations are possible, with victory
going to the wizards who are slightly less antagonistic towards their allies. With short
battles, skill-based spellcasting, and plenty of humor, Magicka: Wizard Wars presents a
new way to experience the chaos of Magicka with friends and foes alike.
