Global Launch in Israel: Partner Ltd. and Accel Telecom Ltd. Launch First Standalone Connected Car Smartphone

    Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE:
PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator and Accel Telecom Ltd., a leading
connected car innovation company announced today that they have commercially launched
VOYAGER, the ultimate Connected Car Smartphone. VOYAGER is the first standalone Connected
Car Smartphone device that can be easily installed in any car and operates using an
existing phone number via a twin-SIM. The device will be launched by Partner, for the
first time in the world, at a price of 1900 Shekels and it is expected to revolutionize
the car communications culture and transform it into a more efficient, safer and enjoyable
driving experience.

    VOYAGER is a dedicated Connected Car Smartphone device that combines Android based
Smartphone technology with an HSUPA Qualcomm module to deliver a driver-centric device
that ensures safer calling, easy navigation via a dedicated Waze launcher key and multiple
car focused applications.

    VOYAGER is designed to enhance safe driving with hands-free dialing, dedicated large
physical keys, crystal clear, HD echo free sound quality and an in-car 3G WiFi Hotspot
connection among the many core features. VOYAGER also connects to the car on-board
diagnostics (OBD) to allow car diagnostics and acts as a "black box" for Fleet Management
applications, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and more.

    The GSMA forecasts the global connected car market to grow threefold within 5 years
and will be worth 39 Billion Euro in 2018.
