Complete with a graphic LCD controller that allows printing directly from an SD card, the TAZ 3 allows users to print anywhere without being connected to a computer. The new model offers large build volume, as well as the ability to print with a variety of materials such as ABS, PLA, PVA, high-impact polystyrene and even wood filament.

To be certified, a hardware product must meet several standards that ensure it runs free software, allows users to modify that software, supports free data formats, and is usable with free tools.
