A New Way to View - Samsung Canada partners with Bell to Bring TV into
Every Room of the Home on November 19
MISSISSAUGA, ON & MONTRÃAL, Oct. 29, 2015 /CNW/ - Samsung Canada and Bell today announced the exclusive Canadian availability of the Galaxy View, Samsung's first immersive smart screen experience, designed to turn every room into a TV room. With its 18.4 inch Full HD touchscreen display, integrated access to the Bell Fibe TV app and video-optimized user interface, as well as a curved rocker stand, the Galaxy View defines a new era of portable entertainment.

In Canada, the Galaxy View comes optimized for Bell customers with the Fibe TV app integrated directly into the device's homescreen.
-- BUILT TO STREAM TV: With a bright and beautiful 18.4-inch 1080p Full HD
display, powerful stereo speakers, and a video-centric interface,
consumers can toggle between all the TV and video content they love with
the swipe of a finger. WiFi-enabled, the Galaxy View makes it easy and
convenient to enjoy the latest entertainment with no cords, extra
equipment or connections.
-- PORTABLE AND IMMERSIVE: Built with a grab-and-go handle and versatile
two-way stand, consumers can easily move from room to room. Its rocker
stand is designed to sit upright, so viewers can watch the game while
cooking dinner or lean back and read a magazine from their lap.
-- INTERACT AND SHARE: With an intuitive and immersive touch Android
interface, consumers can control their favourite shows, games and apps
with just a swipe and a tap. The large display lets users easily share
their favourite app and content experiences with friends and family.
The Galaxy View also features a 2.1 megapixel camera for large-as-life
video chat, as well as a 1.6 GHz octa-core processor with 2GB DRAM and
32GB memory, and a microSD expandable memory up to 128GB, to quickly
access and store a library of digital content.
