Synaptics TouchPad and Biometrics Solutions Selected for Innovative New Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet
SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Synaptics Incorporated (NASDAQ: SYNA), the leading developer of human interface solutions, today announced Lenovo has selected Synaptics' TouchPad((TM)) solution and Natural ID((TM)) one-touch fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication on its new ThinkPad X1 family including the X1 Tablet, a modular device designed with mobility in mind that can be adapted to fit a variety of use cases, from a portable entertainment center, to a creativity device, or a productivity laptop.
