Jabo Launches Dating App That Finds Your Ideal Activity Partner
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., May 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jabo, the newest dating app for the fitness community, today announced its launch into the Apple App Store with the release of their iPhone app for beta testing. Jabo was created to facilitate dates between individuals who share the same interests in physical activities. Whether you're into physical activities such as yoga, crossfit, running, playing sports, being outdoors, staying fit and healthy, working out with other people, or you simply want to get to know someone while doing your favorite activities, Jabo matches you up with your ideal activity partner. To find your ideal partner, Jabo collects your daily activity through the Apple Health app and analyzes your behavior on the app to identify trends in your matchmaking process.
"Over time, Jabo generates a compatibility score for every user based on their behavior on the app. If they tend to like people who are more or less active than they are, for example, then they will be presented with potential matches that fit that trend," said Jabo's Marketing Director Gabriel Rotman. It is very easy to start using Jabo. Once you download the app, you can login with your Facebook account and your profile will be automatically generated using your Facebook information. You can then specify an unlimited number of your favorite activities, your desired age and distance, and start browsing. To match up with someone, both of you need to like each other's profile, and at that point you're able to invite your new match to do an activity with you. If your activity invite is accepted, you can chat with your match and use that activity as a topic of conversation to get to know them and plan your date.
Jabo also offers an in-app paid feature called MatchPass, which lets you instantly notify and invite potential matches to do an activity with you without having to match up with them first.
