and Intelligent Gaming have entered a strategic partnership to provide Daily Fantasy
Sports games to operators across Africa.

Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) has been a booming industry in the United States for over 5
years now. However, market penetration in emerging and international markets has not yet
begun. With this new partnership, that is about to change.
