LONDON, June 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

Generation Success, the London-based not for profit that aims to create equal
opportunities for young people by offering networking and mentoring opportunities, today

Technology leaders from leading tech organisations such as Twitter, Vodafone,
Microsoft and SAP come together on Tuesday evening to encourage more young women to pursue
careers and take leadership roles in the tech industry.

The engaging event encourages an open debate between speakers and the audience and
also offers a one-hour mentorship session with: Virginia Ekstein, Sales and Marketing
Director EMEA at Microsoft, Leanne Taylor, Head of Financial Services and Insurance, Co-
lead Business Women's Network SAP UK, Rashada Harry, Infrastructure Specialist at Vodafone
and founder of Your Future, Your Ambition, an organisation whose aim is to get more young
people into stem sciences.

James Adeleke, Founder of Generation Success says that "it is equally important for
men to contribute towards having more women in leadership roles in tech. An open debate
about how this can be achieved is one way of creating further awareness about this.
However, further change needs to be created by both men and women who are actively
involved in shaping the tech industry."

    Notes to editors

About Generation Success Generation Success was launched by successful business man
James Adeleke. A law graduate of BPP University, London, and James has enjoyed a varied
career in business development. He was inspired to found Generation Success following the
London riots of 2011 - himself a member of what tabloid media were calling the lost
generation, he decided it was time to start reclaiming the future for today's youth.
Rather than laying blame and pointing fingers, James wanted to find ways to tackle the
roots of society's problems: food poverty; deprivation; educational and employment
inequality. Generation Success is James way of helping to ensure that every young person
has the chance to shine.

"I truly believe that we are limited by the boundaries of our minds," says Adeleke,
"So I am always trying to expand mine - and to help others to do the same."
